very nice, but i have to agree with Almost-Human, the neck line could be a bit better and those white blured lines on her top look a bit out of place but thats just my comment i very well could be wrong

Nice work, I like the soft style and the colors.
The contour on the face is quite hard. Some atmospheric flow there would be nice.
It's a shame Linda isn't posting here anymore, allthough she has got new material. I sent her an email months ago, asking for a bone, but no response....

there are a few problems with this. for one, the eye has noise and is out of focus in comparisson with the smooth forhead and sharp line of the brow , which becomes fuzzy around the nose (im guessing because of the eyebrow), then sharp. the clothing colour could also use some work. remember that when painting clothing, clothing has volume. it doesnt lie flat on the skin. also, the shadow that lies on the wall also extends over her clothing. the ear is a bit off but it looks intentional. all of that in just one go, work on getting the entire image to the same level of quality

theres alot of good parts too, the colouring is fantastic. the hair, though different, works well with the image, the skin is very well done, the background is barely suggested and really doesnt need more (thats a good thing), its very close to the original image, and this is all very good considering you did it in 3 hours. a very nice tribute to one of your favorite artists im sure she will be very happy with this.
